Common Nighthawk Plaques Washington Field Notes
Common nighthawks used to be a regular sight in downtown Seattle. These nighthawk sculptures, on the south side of Pine Street between First and Second Avenue, are probably the only nighthawks remaining in Seattle. Photo by Michael Donohue who has been admiring these sculptures for years.
