The Washington Ornithological Society will be producing a new Membership Directory for publication in late 2006, part of a Board plan to produce a new directory every 2-3 years.  These directories will be distributed to WOS members only, and will clearly indicate that they are not to be used for commercial purposes.

WOS will print only the information which any member wishes to have included in the directory. The items you may choose to be included are: Name(s), Address (with ZIP code), Phone numbers - home/work/cell (with area codes), and e-mail address. You may specify any of the items for inclusion, we won’t publish any information you don’t care to have published.

Members - Please use this form to indicate your choices, and to update your membership information.  Please fill this form out completely.  Thank you.
