Registration begins April 1, 2010 Registrations postmarked after May 15 will be assessed a $10 late fee
Materials received as of April 1 will be processed in random order. Materials received after April 1 will be processed on a first-come first-served basis. Space on field trips is limited to 12 individuals in three autos for daylight trips, and six individuals in two autos for owling adventures.
Registration at the door Applications for registration at the Red Lion will have no guarantee of participation in field trips or of the banquet meal. Additionally, there will be a $10 late fee.
Cancellations received prior to May 15 will receive a refund, less a $20 processing fee.
Cancellations received after June 1 will not receive a refund for the banquet meal.
