Conference Registration

Registrations must be received by May 19, 2008

Registrations received after May 19 will be assessed a $10 late fee.

Registration materials POSTMARKED BY APRIL 14 will be processed in random order. Materials postmarked after April 14 will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Space on field trips is limited: 12 individuals in three vehicles for daylight trips; and six in two vehicles for owling adventures.

Costs for lodging at the Whitman dormitory must be included with the conference registration submission; alternative lodging or campground fees is not included in the conference fees.

Registration at the Door

Applications for registration at the door of the 20th Annual Meeting will have no guarantee of participation in field trips, campus lodging, or of the banquet meal. Additionally, there will be a $10 late fee.

Cancellations

Cancellations received prior to May 19 will receive a refund, less a $20 processing fee. Cancellations received after May 19 will not receive a refund for the banquet meal, boxed meals, or campus lodging.
